The Capital District Youth Lacrosse Team of Troy is a non-profit organization that was established in 2001. Our mission is to promote the game of Lacrosse in our area by providing an opportunity to 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students of Troy and surrounding communities to learn and participate in this great and exciting game. We hope that by focusing on skill development, team unity, rules, fair play and good sportsmanship that it not only creates a strong love for the game, but it builds on the values of healthy competition, positive attitude, respect, leadership, physical fitness, and it will also provide a basis for healthful choices in life.
